मिति २०८२/०४/१७ गते मेहेलकुना स्थित होटेल डल्फिनमा शुभ बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लिमिटेडको आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/०८३ को वार्षिक समीक्षा गोष्ठी संस्थाका अध्यक्ष श्री किशोर शर्माको अध्यक्षतामा सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भयो।
कार्यक्रममा नि. वर्तमान अध्यक्ष तथा लेखा सुपरिवेक्षण समिति संयोजक श्री देवेन्द्र शाह प्रमुख अतिथिका रूपमा तथा पूर्व लेखा सुपरिवेक्षण समिति संयोजक श्री गोविन्द प्रसाद पौडेल विशेष अतिथिका रूपमा उपस्थित हुनुहुन्थ्यो।
गोष्ठीमा संस्थाको आर्थिक प्रतिवेदन कोषाध्यक्ष श्री कृष्ण प्रकाश आर.सी. ले प्रस्तुत गर्नुभएको थियो भने नीति तथा कार्यक्रमको समीक्षा सचिव श्री मेघराज शर्मा ले प्रस्तुत गर्नुभएको थियो।
कार्यक्रममा श्री गोविन्द प्रसाद पौडेल र श्री ललित कुमार आर.सी. ले रचनात्मक सुझाव तथा सल्लाह प्रस्तुत गर्नुभएको थियो। त्यसैगरी लेखा सुपरिवेक्षण समिति संयोजक ले आफ्नो मन्तव्य व्यक्त गर्दै संस्थाको सुशासन, पारदर्शिता तथा प्रभावकारी व्यवस्थापनका विषयमा महत्वपूर्ण सुझावहरू दिनुभएको थियो।
उक्त कार्यक्रममा ४८ जनाको उल्लेखनीय सहभागिता रहेको थियो। कार्यक्रमकै विशेष अवसरमा संस्थाको आधिकारिक वेबसाइट www.shubhasaccos.coop.np को संस्थाका अध्यक्ष श्री किशोर शर्मा द्वारा औपचारिक रूपमा उद्घाटन गरिएको थियो। वेबसाइट सञ्चालनमा आएपछि संस्थाका सेवा, सूचना तथा गतिविधिहरूलाई डिजिटल माध्यमबाट अझ प्रभावकारी, पारदर्शी र सहज रूपमा सदस्य तथा सरोकारवालासम्म पुर्याउन महत्वपूर्ण हुने विश्वास व्यक्त गर्नु भएको थियो।
कार्यक्रम अन्त्यमा सहभागी सबैप्रति धन्यवाद ज्ञापन गर्दै संस्थाको समग्र प्रगति, सुशासन तथा सदस्यमुखी सेवाको निरन्तर विस्तारमा सबैको सक्रिय सहयोग आवश्यक जानकारी गर्दै संस्थाको अध्यक्षले आजको कार्यक्रम समापन गर्नुभयो |
On 17 Shrawan 2082 (August 2025), the FY 2082/083 Annual Review Workshop of Shubha Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd. was successfully held at Hotel Dolphin, Mehelkuna, under the chairmanship of Mr. Kishor Sharma, Chairperson of the Cooperative.
The program was graced by Mr. Devendra Shah, Immediate Past Chairperson and Coordinator of the Audit Supervisory Committee, as the Chief Guest, while Mr. Govinda Prasad Paudel, Former Coordinator of the Audit Supervisory Committee, attended as the Special Guest.
During the workshop, the Financial Report was presented by Mr. Krishna Prakash R.C., Treasurer of the Cooperative, while the Review of Policies and Annual Programs was presented by Mr. Meghraj Sharma, Secretary of the Cooperative.
Constructive suggestions and valuable feedback were shared by Mr. Govinda Prasad Paudel and Mr. Lalit Kumar R.C.. Likewise, the Coordinator of the Audit Supervisory Committee delivered remarks highlighting the importance of good governance, transparency, accountability, and effective institutional management.
The workshop witnessed the active participation of 48 participants, reflecting the institution's strong commitment to collaborative planning and continuous improvement.
A major highlight of the event was the official launch of the Cooperative's website, www.shubhasaccos.coop.np, which was formally inaugurated by Chairperson Mr. Kishor Sharma. The launch of the website marks an important milestone in the Cooperative's digital transformation, enabling members and stakeholders to access institutional information, services, and updates more efficiently, transparently, and conveniently.
At the conclusion of the program, the Chairperson expressed sincere appreciation to all participants for their valuable contributions and support. Emphasizing the importance of collective efforts in strengthening institutional governance, sustainable growth, and member-centered services, he officially declared the workshop closed.
