सदस्यता लिन कति शुल्क लाग्छ? What is the membership fee?
सदस्यता लिनका लागि प्रवेश शुल्क रू ५००/- र न्यूनतम सेयर रकम जम्मा गर्नु पर्नेछ। हालको दरका लागि कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गर्नुहोस्। Membership requires an entrance fee of NPR 500 plus a minimum share deposit. Contact the office for current rates.
ऋण पाउन कति दिन लाग्छ? How long does loan approval take?
सबै कागजात पूरा भएमा सामान्यतः ३–७ कार्यदिनभित्र ऋण स्वीकृत हुन्छ। With complete documents, loan approval typically takes 3–7 working days.
अनलाइनबाट बचत खाता खोल्न मिल्छ? Can I open a savings account online?
अनलाइनबाट सदस्यता आवेदन गर्न सकिन्छ तर अन्तिम प्रक्रियाका लागि कार्यालयमा उपस्थित हुनु पर्छ। You can apply for membership online, but the final verification process requires a visit to the office.
सदस्यता रद्द गर्न के गर्ने? How to cancel my membership?
सदस्यता रद्द गर्न कार्यालयमा लिखित निवेदन दिनु पर्छ। रद्द गर्नुअघि सबै बाँकी रकम चुक्ता गर्नु पर्नेछ। Submit a written application at the office. All outstanding dues must be cleared before cancellation.
ऋणका लागि कस्ता कागजात चाहिन्छ? What documents are required for a loan?
नागरिकता प्रमाणपत्र, पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो, सदस्यता कार्ड, आयको प्रमाण र धितो कागजात (लागू भएमा) आवश्यक पर्दछ। Citizenship certificate, passport-size photo, membership card, income proof, and collateral documents (if applicable). See our Services page for the full list.

माथिको नेभिगेसनमा "सदस्य लगइन" क्लिक गर्नुहोस्। आफ्नो सदस्य नम्बर र पासवर्ड प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्। Click "Member Login" in the top navigation. Use your member number and password. Contact the office if you have forgotten your password.
