त्यसैगरी अतिथिहरूमा नबसृजना बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लिमिटेडका व्यवस्थापक तुलाराम देवकोटा, कृषक प्रेरणा बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लिमिटेडका सचिव लिलाधर चपाई, वीरेन्द्रनगर बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लिमिटेडकी प्रेमकला बि.क., भेरी बहुमुखी क्याम्पस गुमीका प्राध्यापक डा. सर्पराज रोकाय, गुर्भाकोट बहुमुखी क्याम्पस सहारेका क्याम्पस प्रमुख गोविन्द भट्टराई, भेरी माध्यमिक विद्यालय घुमखहरेका प्रधानाध्यापक चन्द्रबहादुर वली, रेडक्रस उपशाखा घुमखहरेका सभापति भोजराज पौडेल, सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी संघ गुर्भाकोटका अध्यक्ष नरबहादुर सुनार, बोटेचौर बजार व्यवस्थापन समितिका अध्यक्ष नवीन सुनार तथा सञ्चारकर्मीहरू सूर्यदीप रेग्मी (रेडियो आरम्भ) र दिलिप ढकाल (गंगामाला खबर) लगायतको उपस्थिति रहेको थियो। कार्यक्रममा संस्थाका सञ्चालक समिति, लेखा सुपरिवेक्षण समिति, विभिन्न उपसमितिका पदाधिकारी, सक्रिय सदस्य तथा कर्मचारीहरूको समेत उल्लेखनीय सहभागिता रहेको थियो।
प्रमुख अतिथि हस्त पुनले उद्घाटन गर्नुभएको उक्त कार्यक्रममा संस्थाका सचिव मेघराज शर्माले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/०८२ को नीति तथा कार्यक्रमको प्रगति विवरण प्रस्तुत गर्नुभएको थियो। त्यसैगरी संस्थाका कोषाध्यक्ष कृष्णप्रकाश आर.सी.ले बजेट, ऋण लगानी, ऋण प्रवाह तथा वित्तीय अवस्थासम्बन्धी आर्थिक प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत गर्नुभयो।
प्रस्तुत प्रतिवेदनमाथि सहभागीहरूको तर्फबाट गोविन्द वली, रामबहादुर शाही, काशीराम बि.सी., भोजराज पौडेल, डा. सर्पराज रोकाय तथा हिमाल अर्यालले रचनात्मक सुझावहरू राख्नुभएको थियो। साथै तुलाराम देवकोटा र चन्द्रबहादुर वलीले प्रतिवेदनमाथि टिप्पणीसहित आवश्यक सुझावहरू प्रस्तुत गर्नुभएको थियो।
कार्यक्रमलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै प्रमुख अतिथि हस्त पुनले सहकारी संस्थाले सदस्यहरूको आर्थिक तथा सामाजिक विकासमा महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निर्वाह गरिरहेको उल्लेख गर्दै आगामी दिनमा गुर्भाकोट नगरपालिकाबाट आवश्यक सहयोग उपलब्ध गराइने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्नुभयो। साथै सदस्यहरूको आर्थिक समृद्धिका लागि अझ प्रभावकारी र परिणाममुखी कार्यक्रमहरू सञ्चालन गर्न सुझाव दिँदै संस्थाको सफलताको शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्नुभयो।
कार्यक्रममा सहभागीहरूबीच सहकारीको वर्तमान अवस्था, उपलब्धि, चुनौती तथा आगामी योजनाका विषयमा समेत छलफल भएको थियो। समीक्षा कार्यक्रमले संस्थाको वार्षिक प्रगतिको मूल्याङ्कन गर्दै आगामी कार्यदिशा तय गर्न महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्याएको विश्वास व्यक्त गरिएको थियो।
Annual Review Program of Shubha Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Limited Successfully Concluded
On Saturday, 2082/04/17, Shubha Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Limited organized its Annual Review Program for the fiscal year 2081/2082 at Hotel Dolphin, Mehelkuna, Gurbhakot–8, under the chairmanship of the organization's Chairman, Mr. Devendra Shah.
The program was graced by the Mayor of Gurbhakot Municipality, Mr. Hasta Pun, as the Chief Guest. Special guests included Mr. Ram Bahadur Shahi, Chairman of Ward No. 1 of Gurbhakot Municipality; Mr. Govinda Wali, Chairman of Ward No. 6 of Gurbhakot Municipality; and Mr. Lal Singh Budha Chhetri, Chairman of Ward No. 6 of Bheri Ganga Municipality.
Among the distinguished guests were Mr. Tula Ram Devkota, Manager of Nabasrujana Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Limited; Mr. Liladhar Chapai, Secretary of Krishak Prerna Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Limited; Ms. Prem Kala B.K. from Birendranagar Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Limited; Dr. Sarp Raj Rokaya, Professor at Bheri Multiple Campus, Gumi; Mr. Govinda Bhattarai, Campus Chief of Gurbhakot Multiple Campus, Sahare; Mr. Chandra Bahadur Wali, Principal of Bheri Secondary School, Ghumkhare; Mr. Bhojraj Poudel, President of Nepal Red Cross Society Sub-Branch, Ghumkhare; Mr. Nar Bahadur Sunar, President of the Gurbhakot Gold and Silver Traders Association; Mr. Nabin Sunar, Chairman of the Botechaur Market Management Committee; and media representatives Mr. Suryadeep Regmi (Radio Aarambha) and Mr. Dilip Dhakal (Gangamala Khabar).
The event was also attended by members of the Board of Directors, the Accounts Supervision Committee, various sub-committees, active members, and employees of the cooperative.
The program was formally inaugurated by the Chief Guest. During the event, the Secretary of the Cooperative, Mr. Meghraj Sharma, presented the progress report on the policies and programs implemented during fiscal year 2081/2082. Likewise, the Treasurer, Mr. Krishna Prakash R.C., presented the financial report covering the cooperative's budget, loan investment, loan procedures, and overall financial performance.
Following the presentations, valuable suggestions and feedback were provided by participants including Mr. Govinda Wali, Mr. Ram Bahadur Shahi, Mr. Kashiram B.C., Mr. Bhojraj Poudel, Dr. Sarp Raj Rokaya, and Mr. Himal Aryal. Further comments and recommendations on the reports were shared by Mr. Tula Ram Devkota and Mr. Chandra Bahadur Wali.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Mr. Hasta Pun expressed his commitment that Gurbhakot Municipality would extend necessary support to the cooperative. He also encouraged the institution to introduce more effective programs aimed at enhancing the economic development and prosperity of its members. He concluded by extending his best wishes for the continued success and progress of the cooperative.
The annual review program served as an important platform to assess the cooperative's achievements, discuss future strategies, and strengthen collaboration among stakeholders for sustainable growth and member empowerment.
