पेन्सन बचत योजना भनेको सदस्यहरूले आफ्नो भविष्यलाई आर्थिक रूपमा सुरक्षित बनाउन नियमित रूपमा बचत गर्ने १५ बर्षे बचत योजना हो। यस योजनामा सदस्यले प्रत्येक महिना वा तोकिएको अवधिमा निश्चित रकम जम्मा गर्दै जान्छन्। बचत अवधि पूरा भएपछि एकमुष्ट रकम वा संस्थाको नियमअनुसार मासिक पेन्सन सुविधासमेत प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ।
The Pension Savings Scheme is a 15-year savings plan designed for members to financially secure their future. Under this scheme, members deposit a fixed amount regularly—either monthly or at specified intervals. Upon completion of the savings period, they can receive either a lump-sum payment or a monthly pension, in accordance with the institution's regulations.
